I've been a big fan of the anime Inuyasha for some time now; although Sesshoumaru is my favorite character. I don't know why I didn't draw him instead... This was the first fanart I attempted. Inuyasha's pose was based off an official line drawing but Kagome's is original. And wonder of wonders, it actually has a background, messy as it may be.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. The shading's awesome, too. Are you into modern American comic books at all? Todd McFarlane's SPAWN's got some incredible artists working on it these days! Too bad people aren't into comic book artwork too much over here in the UK.
